Tooling Cost Policy

As you know just about all of the parts we quote involve a tooling charge of some sort, either a mold, jig, fixture or something that is used only for making this part for this customer.
By dealing with Chinese companies we are able to keep these costs down substantially. However there is one thing you might not be aware of.
When we quote tooling to make a part that is it!
If we quote a die casting as a two cavity tool and thru growth of the product line we need a four cavity tool, we will absorb that cost. If the tool wears out over time and needs to be replaced we will absorb that cost.
Further on big ticket items we have been known to rebate tooling costs over time.
This is just another example of how S & Z Imports tries to be a user friendly supplier.
Our tooling policy is a great selling tool, please take advantage of it.
