One Stop Shopping I would like to relate an interesting development that shows all that we can do for our customers. A sales rep received a call from a customer looking for a die casting for a new project. He was going to be out of town for a few days so he asked me to return the call. I was happy to do so, of course, and had a very nice conversation with the customer. The conversation became even nicer when I informed him that not only can we quote the die castings (including a powder coated finish) but we can also quote the same part as an injection molded item, as their designer is considering both possibilities. He was even happier when we quoted him on the die casting and injection molding 24 hours later.
